24 By faith Moses (drawn out), when he was grown, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. 25 He chose to suffer oppression with God’s {Theou} people rather than to experience the fleeting enjoyment of sin. 26 He valued disgrace for Christ (the Anointed One) above the treasures of Egypt (land of bondage), for he was looking ahead to his reward. 27 By faith Moses left Egypt (land of bondage), not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw Him who is invisible.
