32 But the wheate and the rye were not smytten, for they were late sowen. 33 And Moyses went out of the citie fro Pharao, and spread abrode his handes vnto the Lorde: and the thunder and hayle ceassed, neyther rayned it vpon the earth. 34 And when Pharao sawe that the rayne, and the hayle, and thunder were ceassed, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his seruauntes: 35 And the heart of Pharao was hardened, neyther woulde he let the chyldren of Israel go, as the Lorde had sayd by the hande of Moyses, Exodus 9:32-35, Bishops' Bible of 1568.
