Deuteronomy 5:25-27 ▼

25 And now why should we die? For this great fire will consume us if we add to hear the voice of YHWH our God anymore, and we shall die.

26 For who of all flesh is he who has heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we, and lived?

27 Draw near, you, and hear all that YHWH our God may say. And you tell to us all that YHWH our God says to you, and we will listen and do it.”
