9 When you come into the land that YHWH your God is giving to you, you shall not learn to follow the abominations of these nations. 10 There shall not be found among you one who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, a user of divinations, a soothsayer, or a diviner, or a sorcerer, 11 or one who conjures spells or consults a medium, or a spiritist, or a seeker of the dead. 12 For an abomination to YHWH is everyone doing these things, and because of these abominations YHWH your God is driving them out from before you.
