13 The God {Theos} of Abraham (father of many), Isaac (he will laugh), and Jacob (he grasps the heel), the God of our fathers {paterōn}, has glorified His servant (His child) Jesus (YHWH saves). You⁺ handed Him over and rejected Him before Pilate (armed with a spear), even though he had decided to release Him. 14 You⁺ rejected the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a murderer be released to you⁺. 15 You⁺ killed the Author (pioneer) of life, but God {Theos} raised Him from the dead, and we are witnesses of this fact.
