6 The three sons of Benjamin (son of the right hand): Bela (destruction), Becher (young camel), and Jediael (God makes known). 7 The sons of Bela (destruction): Ezbon (hastening to discern), Uzzi (strong), Uzziel (my strength is God), Jerimoth (He is Most High), and Iri (belonging to a city), heads of their families—five in all. There were 22,034 mighty men of valor listed in their genealogies. 8 The sons of Becher (young camel): Zemirah (song), Joash (YHWH hastens), Eliezer (God is my helper), Elioenai (unto YHWH are my eyes), Omri (pupil of YHWH), Jeremoth (He is Most High), Abijah (YHWH is my father), Anathoth (answers to prayer), and Alemeth (covering); all these were Becher’s sons. 9 Their genealogies were recorded according to the heads of their families—20,200 mighty men of valor. 10 The son of Jediael (God makes known): Bilhan (their decrepitude).
