27 אַל־ תִּמְנַע־ ט֥וֹב מִבְּעָלָ֑יו בִּהְי֨וֹת לְאֵ֖ל [ידיך] (יָדְךָ֣) לַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃ Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it. Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.
28 אַל־ תֹּ֘אמַ֤ר [לרעיך] (לְרֵֽעֲךָ֨ ׀) לֵ֣ךְ וָ֭שׁוּב וּמָחָ֥ר אֶתֵּ֗ן וְיֵ֣שׁ אִתָּֽךְ׃ Do not say to your neighbor, “Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it”—when you have it with you. Do not say to your neighbor, “Come back tomorrow and I’ll give it to you|— when you already have it with you.
