6 וְאֶת־ אֲשָׁמ֥וֹ יָבִ֖יא לַיהוָ֑ה אַ֣יִל תָּמִ֧ים מִן־ הַצֹּ֛אן בְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥ לְאָשָׁ֖ם אֶל־ הַכֹּהֵֽן׃ And he shall bring to the priest as his compensation to the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flock, or its equivalent, for a guilt offering. And as a penalty they must bring to the priest, that is, to the LORD, their guilt offering, a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value.
7 וְכִפֶּ֨ר עָלָ֧יו הַכֹּהֵ֛ן לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה וְנִסְלַ֣ח ל֑וֹ עַל־ אַחַ֛ת מִכֹּ֥ל אֲשֶֽׁר־ יַעֲשֶׂ֖ה לְאַשְׁמָ֥ה בָֽהּ׃ פ And the priest shall make atonement for him before the LORD, and he shall be forgiven for any of the things that one may do and thereby become guilty.” In this way the priest will make atonement for them before the LORD, and they will be forgiven for any of the things they did that made them guilty.”
