1 For every high priest is taken from among the people and appointed to represent them before God, to offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins. 13 For everyone who lives on milk is inexperienced in the message of righteousness, because he is an infant. for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child. Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness.
14 But solid food is for the mature, whose perceptions are trained by practice to discern both good and evil. But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.
