11 A woman must learn in quietness and full submissiveness. Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. A woman should learn in quietness and full submission.
12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; she is to remain quiet. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet.
