1 These were David's sons who were born to him while he was in Hebron: His first son was Amnon, [born] to Ahinoam from Jezreel. The second was Daniel, [born] to Abigail from Carmel. These are the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn, Amnon, by Ahinoam the Jezreelite; the second, Daniel, by Abigail the Carmelite, These were the sons of David born to him in Hebron: The firstborn was Amnon the son of Ahinoam of Jezreel; the second, Daniel the son of Abigail of Carmel;

4 Six sons were born to him in Hebron, where he ruled for seven years and six months.
