New American Standard Bible 1995NET Bible
A Psalm of David. I will give You thanks with all my heart; I will sing praises to You before the gods.1By David. I will give you thanks with all my heart; before the heavenly assembly I will sing praises to you.
I will bow down toward Your holy temple And give thanks to Your name for Your lovingkindness and Your truth; For You have magnified Your word according to all Your name.2I will bow down toward your holy temple, and give thanks to your name, because of your loyal love and faithfulness, for you have exalted your promise above the entire sky.
On the day I called, You answered me; You made me bold with strength in my soul.3When I cried out for help, you answered me. You made me bold and energized me.
All the kings of the earth will give thanks to You, O LORD, When they have heard the words of Your mouth.4Let all the kings of the earth give thanks to you, O LORD, when they hear the words you speak.
And they will sing of the ways of the LORD, For great is the glory of the LORD.5Let them sing about the LORD's deeds, for the LORD's splendor is magnificent.
For though the LORD is exalted, Yet He regards the lowly, But the haughty He knows from afar.6Though the LORD is exalted, he takes note of the lowly, and recognizes the proud from far away.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand will save me.7Even when I must walk in the midst of danger, you revive me. You oppose my angry enemies, and your right hand delivers me.
The LORD will accomplish what concerns me; Your lovingkindness, O LORD, is everlasting; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.8The LORD avenges me. O LORD, your loyal love endures. Do not abandon those whom you have made!
