New American Standard Bible 1995King James Bible
A Psalm of David. I will give You thanks with all my heart; I will sing praises to You before the gods.1A Psalm of David. I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
I will bow down toward Your holy temple And give thanks to Your name for Your lovingkindness and Your truth; For You have magnified Your word according to all Your name.2I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
On the day I called, You answered me; You made me bold with strength in my soul.3In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
All the kings of the earth will give thanks to You, O LORD, When they have heard the words of Your mouth.4All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
And they will sing of the ways of the LORD, For great is the glory of the LORD.5Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
For though the LORD is exalted, Yet He regards the lowly, But the haughty He knows from afar.6Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand will save me.7Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
The LORD will accomplish what concerns me; Your lovingkindness, O LORD, is everlasting; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.8The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.
