| 2who craft evil plans in their minds, inciting wars every day. | 2Who devise evil things in their hearts; They continually stir up wars. |

| 4Protect me, LORD, from the control of evil people, from violent men who have planned to trip me. | 4Keep me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked; Preserve me from violent men Who have purposed to trip up my feet. |
