1 Corinthians 2
The New Messianic Version of the Bible
1And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God-The Father. 2For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah], and him crucified. 3And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. 4And my speech and my preaching [was] not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit [Ruach] and of power: 5That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God-The Father.

6However we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nothing: 7But we speak the wisdom of God-The Father in a mystery, [even] the hidden [wisdom], which God-The Father ordained before the world unto our glory: 8Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known [it], they would not have crucified the Lord - Kurios of glory.

9But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God-The Father has prepared for them that love him.

10But God-The Father has revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit [Ruach]: for the Spirit [Ruach] searches all things, yes, the deep things of God-The Father. 11For what man knows the things of a man, save the Spirit [Ruach] of man which is in him? even so the things of God-The Father knows no man, but the Spirit [Ruach] of God-The Father. 12Now we have received, not the Spirit [Ruach] of the world, but the Spirit [Ruach] which is of God-The Father; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God-The Father. 13Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

14But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit [Ruach] of God-The Father: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know [them], because they are spiritually discerned. 15But he that is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. 16For who has known the mind of the Lord - Kurios, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Moshiach [Messiah].
