which they have not lost;
      opōs  an  dikaiōthēs  en  tois  logois  sou 
            kai  nikēseis  en  tō  krinesthai  se. 
   5 ei  de  ē  adikia  ēmōn  theou  dikaiosunēn  sunistēsin,  ti  eroumen;  mē  adikos  o  theos  o  epipherōn  tēn  orgēn;  kata  anthrōpon  legō.  6 mē  genoito  epei  pōs  krinei  o  theos  ton  kosmon;  7 ei  de  ē  alētheia  tou  theou  en  tō  emō  pseusmati  eperisseusen  eis  tēn  doxan  autou,  ti  eti  kagō  ōs  amartōlos  krinomai;  8 kai  mē  kathōs  blasphēmoumetha  kai  kathōs  phasin  tines  ēmas  legein  oti  poiēsōmen  ta  kaka,  ina  elthē  ta  agatha;  ōn  to  krima  endikon  estin. 
howbeit the law convinces them also of sin;
      ouk  estin  dikaios  oude  eis,

            ouk  estin  ekzētōn  ton  theon. 
         12 pantes  exeklinan  ama  ēchreōthēsan· 
            ouk  estin  poiōn  chrēstotēta, 
            ouk  estin  eōs  enos. 
         13 taphos  aneōgmenos  o  larunx  autōn, 
            tais  glōssais  autōn  edoliousan, 
         ios  aspidōn  upo  ta  cheilē  autōn· 
         14 ōn  to  stoma  aras  kai  pikrias  gemei, 
         15 oxeis  oi  podes  autōn  ekcheai  aima, 
            16 suntrimma  kai  talaipōria  en  tais  odois  autōn, 
            17 kai  odon  eirēnēs  ouk  egnōsan. 
         18 ouk  estin  phobos  theou  apenanti  tōn  ophthalmōn  autōn. 
   19 oidamen  de  oti  osa  o  nomos  legei  tois  en  tō  nomō  lalei,  ina  pan  stoma  phragē  kai  upodikos  genētai  pas  o  kosmos  tō  theō· 
therefore no one is justified by the law;
   21 nuni  de  chōris  nomou  dikaiosunē  theou  pephanerōtai  marturoumenē  upo  tou  nomou  kai  tōn  prophētōn,  22 dikaiosunē  de  theou  dia  pisteōs  iēsou  christou  eis  pantas  tous  pisteuontas.  ou  gar  estin  diastolē,  23 pantes  gar  ēmarton  kai  usterountai  tēs  doxēs  tou  theou  24 dikaioumenoi  dōrean  tē  autou  chariti  dia  tēs  apolutrōseōs  tēs  en  christō  iēsou·  25 on  proetheto  o  theos  ilastērion  dia  pisteōs  en  tō  autou  aimati  eis  endeixin  tēs  dikaiosunēs  autou  dia  tēn  paresin  tōn  progegonotōn  amartēmatōn  26 en  tē  anochē  tou  theou  pros  tēn  endeixin  tēs  dikaiosunēs  autou  en  tō  nun  kairō,  eis  to  einai  auton  dikaion  kai  dikaiounta  ton  ek  pisteōs  iēsou. 
   27 pou  oun  ē  kauchēsis;  exekleisthē  dia  poiou  nomou  tōn  ergōn  ouchi,  alla  dia  nomou  pisteōs. 
but all, without difference, by faith, only;
and yet the law is not abolished.
