HEB: פְּשָׁעַ֜י בְּיָד֗וֹ יִשְׂתָּ֥רְג֛וּ עָל֥וּ עַל־
NAS: By His hand they are knit together. They have come
KJV: by his hand: they are wreathed, [and] come up
