Deuteronomy 19:5
HEB: וְנִדְּחָ֨ה יָד֤וֹ בַגַּרְזֶן֙ לִכְרֹ֣ת הָעֵ֔ץ
NAS: swings the axe to cut down
KJV: fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down
