HEB: וְתוֹמֵ֥ךְ שֵׁ֖בֶט מֵֽאַשְׁקְל֑וֹן וַהֲשִׁיב֨וֹתִי יָדִ֜י
NAS: the scepter, from Ashkelon; I will even unleash
KJV: the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn
