Shore (αἰγιαλὸν)

Rev., beach, that over which the sea (ἅλς) rushes (ἀΐ́σσει). The word for shore, ἀκτή, on which the sea breaks (ἄγνυμι), is never used in the New Testament. Wyc., brink.
