1Praise you the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and His praise in the congregation of His people.
2Let Israel rejoice in Him Who made them; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King.
3Let them praise His name in with dancing and singing praises unto Him with the timbrel and harp.
4For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will crown the humble with salvation.
5Let His faithful people rejoice in that He loves them; let them sing aloud as they lie in their beds.
6Let the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a sharp, two-edged sword in their hand,
7To execute justice and retribution upon the rebellious nations;
8To bind their kings and their nobles with shackles of iron;
