Sirach 34:21
Good News Translation
Food means life itself to poor people, and taking it away from them is murder.

If one sacrifices ill-gotten goods, the offering is blemished;

A stolen animal isn't fit as a sacrifice for the Lord,

The Lord is only for them that wait upon him in the way of truth and justice.

The most High approveth not the gifts of the wicked: neither hath he respect to the oblations of the unjust, nor will he be pacified for sins by the multitude of their sacrifices.
