Judith 11:3
Good News Translation
But tell me, why have you left them and come to us? You will be safe here. No need to be afraid! We have spared your life tonight, and you are in no danger for the future.

New Revised Standard Version
But now tell me why you have fled from them and have come over to us. In any event, you have come to safety. Take courage! You will live tonight and ever after.

Contemporary English Version
Now that you're safe, tell me why you left them and came to our side. It doesn't really matter, though--we will protect you for as long as you want to stay. So don't be afraid! Your life won't be in danger tonight or at any other time.

New American Bible
But now tell me why you have fled from them and come to us? In any case, you have come to safety. Take courage! Your life is spared tonight and for the future.
