1 Samuel 9:17
Good News Translation
When Samuel caught sight of Saul, the LORD said to him, "This is the man I told you about. He will rule my people."

When Samuel saw Saul, the LORD told him, “Here is the man of whom I spoke to you. He it is who shall rule over my people.”
