Divine Timing

Divine timing refers to the belief that God orchestrates events in the universe according to His perfect schedule. This concept is rooted in the understanding that God, being omniscient and omnipotent, knows the end from the beginning and arranges all things to fulfill His purposes. The Bible frequently illustrates that God's timing is not always aligned with human expectations, yet it is always perfect and purposeful.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 provides a poetic reflection on divine timing, stating, "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens." This passage emphasizes that every event in life occurs according to God's ordained time. Similarly, Galatians 4:4-5 speaks to the timing of Christ's incarnation: "But when the time had fully come, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption as sons."

Romans 8:28 assures believers that "in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose."
