Conquest of Hebron

Caleb's faith and strength culminate in the conquest of Hebron. Despite the presence of formidable Anakim giants, Caleb successfully drives them out and takes possession of the land. Joshua 14:14 states, "Therefore Hebron has belonged to Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite ever since, because he followed the LORD, the God of Israel, wholeheartedly."
