EBRONe'-brun (`ebhron; the King James Version wrongly, Hebron):
A town in the territory of Asher (Joshua 19:28). Probably we should read here Abdon, as in Joshua 21:30 1 Chronicles 6:74, the substitution of the Hebrew letter resh ("r") for the Hebrew letter daleth ("d") being a common copyist's error.
