Zechariah 11:16
HEB: רֹעֶ֜ה בָּאָ֗רֶץ הַנִּכְחָד֤וֹת לֹֽא־ יִפְקֹד֙
NAS: who will not care for the perishing, seek
KJV: [which] shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek
INT: A shepherd the land the perishing who will not care
