1A Psalm of the sons of Korah. A Song. His foundation [is] on the holy mountains. 1לִבְנֵי־ קֹ֭רַח מִזְמ֣וֹר שִׁ֑יר יְ֝סוּדָת֗וֹ בְּהַרְרֵי־ קֹֽדֶשׁ׃
2The LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. 2אֹהֵ֣ב יְ֭הוָה שַׁעֲרֵ֣י צִיּ֑וֹן מִ֝כֹּ֗ל מִשְׁכְּנ֥וֹת יַעֲקֹֽב׃
3Glorious things are ascribed to you, O city of God. Selah 3נִ֭כְבָּדוֹת מְדֻבָּ֣ר בָּ֑ךְ עִ֖יר הָאֱלֹהִ֣ים סֶֽלָה׃
4I will mention Rahab and Babylon among those who know Me— along with Philistia, Tyre, and Cush— [when I say,] “This one was born [in Zion].” 4אַזְכִּ֤יר ׀ רַ֥הַב וּבָבֶ֗ל לְֽיֹ֫דְעָ֥י הִנֵּ֤ה פְלֶ֣שֶׁת וְצ֣וֹר עִם־ כּ֑וּשׁ זֶ֝֗ה יֻלַּד־ שָֽׁם׃
5And it will be said of Zion: “This one and that one were born in her, and the Most High Himself will establish her.” 5וּֽלֲצִיּ֨וֹן ׀ יֵאָמַ֗ר אִ֣ישׁ וְ֭אִישׁ יֻלַּד־ בָּ֑הּ וְה֖וּא יְכוֹנְנֶ֣הָ עֶלְיֽוֹן׃
6The LORD will record in the register of the peoples: “This one was born [in Zion].” Selah 6יְֽהוָ֗ה יִ֭סְפֹּר בִּכְת֣וֹב עַמִּ֑ים זֶ֖ה יֻלַּד־ שָׁ֣ם סֶֽלָה׃
7Singers and pipers will say: “All my springs [of joy] [are] in You.” 7וְשָׁרִ֥ים כְּחֹלְלִ֑ים כָּֽל־ מַעְיָנַ֥י בָּֽךְ׃
