1These were the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: The firstborn [was] Amnon, by Ahinoam of Jezreel; the second [was] Daniel, by Abigail of Carmel; 1וְאֵ֤לֶּה הָיוּ֙ בְּנֵ֣י דָויִ֔ד‪‬ אֲשֶׁ֥ר נֽוֹלַד־ ל֖וֹ בְּחֶבְר֑וֹן הַבְּכ֣וֹר ׀ אַמְנֹ֗ן לַאֲחִינֹ֙עַם֙ הַיִּזְרְעֵאלִ֔ית שֵׁנִי֙ דָּנִיֵּ֔אל לַאֲבִיגַ֖יִל הַֽכַּרְמְלִֽית׃
2the third [was] Absalom the son of Maacah daughter of King Talmai of Geshur; the fourth [was] Adonijah the son of Haggith; 2הַשְּׁלִשִׁי֙ לְאַבְשָׁל֣וֹם בֶּֽן־ מַעֲכָ֔ה בַּת־ תַּלְמַ֖י מֶ֣לֶךְ גְּשׁ֑וּר הָרְבִיעִ֖י אֲדֹנִיָּ֥ה בֶן־ חַגִּֽית׃
3the fifth [was] Shephatiah by Abital; [and] the sixth [was] Ithream by his wife Eglah. 3הַחֲמִישִׁ֥י שְׁפַטְיָ֖ה לַאֲבִיטָ֑ל הַשִּׁשִּׁ֥י יִתְרְעָ֖ם לְעֶגְלָ֥ה אִשְׁתּֽוֹ׃
4[These] six sons were born to David in Hebron, where he reigned seven years and six months. And David reigned in Jerusalem thirty-three years, 4שִׁשָּׁה֙ נֽוֹלַד־ ל֣וֹ בְחֶבְר֔וֹן וַיִּ֨מְלָךְ־ שָׁ֔ם שֶׁ֥בַע שָׁנִ֖ים וְשִׁשָּׁ֣ה חֳדָשִׁ֑ים וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֤ים וְשָׁלוֹשׁ֙ שָׁנָ֔ה מָלַ֖ךְ בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ ס
5and these [sons] were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon. These four were born to him by Bathsheba daughter of Ammiel. 5וְאֵ֥לֶּה נוּלְּדוּ־ ל֖וֹ בִּירוּשָׁלָ֑יִם שִׁ֠מְעָא וְשׁוֹבָ֞ב וְנָתָ֤ן וּשְׁלֹמֹה֙ אַרְבָּעָ֔ה לְבַת־ שׁ֖וּעַ בַּת־ עַמִּיאֵֽל׃
6David’s other sons [were] Ibhar, Elishua, Eliphelet, 6וְיִבְחָ֥ר וֶאֱלִישָׁמָ֖ע וֶאֱלִיפָֽלֶט׃
7Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia, 7וְנֹ֥גַהּ וְנֶ֖פֶג וְיָפִֽיעַ׃
8Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet— nine [in all]. 8וֶאֱלִישָׁמָ֧ע וְאֶלְיָדָ֛ע וֶאֱלִיפֶ֖לֶט תִּשְׁעָֽה׃
9These were all the sons of David, besides the sons by his concubines. And Tamar [was] their sister. 9כֹּ֖ל בְּנֵ֣י דָוִ֑יד מִלְּבַ֥ד בְּֽנֵי־ פִֽילַגְשִׁ֖ים וְתָמָ֥ר אֲחוֹתָֽם׃ פ
10Solomon’s son was Rehoboam: Abijah [was] his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son, 10וּבֶן־ שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה רְחַבְעָ֑ם אֲבִיָּ֥ה בְנ֛וֹ אָסָ֥א בְנ֖וֹ יְהוֹשָׁפָ֥ט בְּנֽוֹ׃
11Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son, 11יוֹרָ֥ם בְּנ֛וֹ אֲחַזְיָ֥הוּ בְנ֖וֹ יוֹאָ֥שׁ בְּנֽוֹ׃
12Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son, 12אֲמַצְיָ֧הוּ בְנ֛וֹ עֲזַרְיָ֥ה בְנ֖וֹ יוֹתָ֥ם בְּנֽוֹ׃
13Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son, 13אָחָ֥ז בְּנ֛וֹ חִזְקִיָּ֥הוּ בְנ֖וֹ מְנַשֶּׁ֥ה בְנֽוֹ׃
14Amon his son, [and] Josiah his son. 14אָמ֥וֹן בְּנ֖וֹ יֹאשִׁיָּ֥הוּ בְנֽוֹ׃
15The sons of Josiah: Johanan was the firstborn, Jehoiakim the second, Zedekiah the third, and Shallum the fourth. 15וּבְנֵי֙ יֹאשִׁיָּ֔הוּ הַבְּכוֹר֙ יוֹחָנָ֔ן הַשֵּׁנִ֖י יְהוֹיָקִ֑ים הַשְּׁלִשִׁי֙ צִדְקִיָּ֔הוּ הָרְבִיעִ֖י שַׁלּֽוּם׃
16The successors of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, [and] Zedekiah. 16וּבְנֵ֖י יְהוֹיָקִ֑ים יְכָנְיָ֥ה בְנ֖וֹ צִדְקִיָּ֥ה בְנֽוֹ׃
17The descendants of Jeconiah [the captive]: Shealtiel his son, 17וּבְנֵי֙ יְכָנְיָ֣ה אַסִּ֔ר שְׁאַלְתִּיאֵ֖ל בְּנֽוֹ׃
18Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah. 18וּמַלְכִּירָ֥ם וּפְדָיָ֖ה וְשֶׁנְאַצַּ֑ר יְקַמְיָ֥ה הוֹשָׁמָ֖ע וּנְדַבְיָֽה׃
19The sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel and Shimei. The children of Zerubbabel: Meshullam and Hananiah, their sister Shelomith, 19וּבְנֵ֣י פְדָיָ֔ה זְרֻבָּבֶ֖ל וְשִׁמְעִ֑י וּבֶן־ זְרֻבָּבֶל֙ מְשֻׁלָּ֣ם וַחֲנַנְיָ֔ה וּשְׁלֹמִ֖ית אֲחוֹתָֽם׃
20and five others: Hashubah, Ohel, Berechiah, Hasadiah, and Jushab-hesed. 20וַחֲשֻׁבָ֡ה וָ֠אֹהֶל וּבֶרֶכְיָ֧ה וַֽחֲסַדְיָ֛ה י֥וּשַׁב חֶ֖סֶד חָמֵֽשׁ׃
21The descendants of Hananiah: Pelatiah, Jeshaiah, and the sons of Rephaiah, of Arnan, of Obadiah, and of Shechaniah. 21וּבֶן־ חֲנַנְיָ֖ה פְּלַטְיָ֣ה וִישַֽׁעְיָ֑ה בְּנֵ֤י רְפָיָה֙ בְּנֵ֣י אַרְנָ֔ן בְּנֵ֥י עֹבַדְיָ֖ה בְּנֵ֥י שְׁכַנְיָֽה׃ ס
22The six descendants of Shecaniah [were] Shemaiah and his sons: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, and Shaphat. 22וּבְנֵ֥י שְׁכַנְיָ֖ה שְׁמַעְיָ֑ה וּבְנֵ֣י שְׁמַעְיָ֗ה חַטּ֡וּשׁ וְ֠יִגְאָל וּבָרִ֧יחַ וּנְעַרְיָ֛ה וְשָׁפָ֖ט שִׁשָּֽׁה׃
23The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam— three [in all]. 23וּבֶן־ נְעַרְיָ֗ה אֶלְיוֹעֵינַ֧י וְחִזְקִיָּ֛ה וְעַזְרִיקָ֖ם שְׁלֹשָֽׁה׃
24The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani— seven [in all]. 24וּבְנֵ֣י אֶלְיוֹעֵינַ֗י [הדיוהו] (הוֹדַוְיָ֡הוּ) וְאֶלְיָשִׁ֡יב וּפְלָיָ֡ה וְ֠עַקּוּב וְיוֹחָנָ֧ן וּדְלָיָ֛ה וַעֲנָ֖נִי שִׁבְעָֽה׃ ס
