16 And it will come to pass that everyone remaining from all the nations coming against Jerusalem will go up, year by year, to bow down to the King, YHWH of Hosts, and to keep the feast of Booths. 17 And it will come to pass that whoever does not go up from the families of the earth to Jerusalem, to bow down to the King, YHWH of Hosts, there will not be on them rain. 18 And if the family of Egypt does not go up and does not go in, then it is not upon them; this will be the plague with which YHWH strikes the nations who do not come up to celebrate the feast of Booths. 19 This will be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all the nations that do not come up to celebrate the feast of Booths.
