lest they tear my soul like a lion, tearing apart, and there is no one snatching me up.

O YHWH my God, if I have done this, if there is injustice in my palms,

if I have dealt with the one at peace with me with evil, or have drawn out my enemy without cause,

may the enemy pursue my soul and overtake it, and let him trample my life to the ground, and let him set down my honor in the dust. Selah

arise, O YHWH, in Your anger; lift up against the fury of my adversaries, and rouse Yourself for me; You have appointed a judgment.

And let the congregation of peoples surround You; and over it return in the heights.

YHWH shall judge the peoples; Judge me, O YHWH, according to my righteousness, and according to my integrity within me.

Please, let the evil of the wicked cease, and may you establish the righteous—even the One testing hearts and kidneys, O Righteous God.

My shield is on God, the One saving the upright of heart.

God is a righteous judge, and a God expressing wrath on every day.

If one shall not turn back, then He sharpens His sword; He has bent His bow and prepared it.

And for Himself He has prepared instruments of death; His arrows He makes into fiery shafts.

Behold, he travails with evil, and he conceives trouble, and brings forth falsehood.

He has dug a pit and hollowed it out, and he has fallen into a pit he has made.

His trouble shall return upon his head, and on the top of his head, his violence shall come down.

I will confess YHWH according to His righteousness, and I will sing praise to the name of YHWH-Elyon.
