Psalms 63:3-11 ▼

3 Because Your loving devotion is better than life, my lips will praise You.

4 So I will bless You in my life; in Your name I will lift up my hands.

5 As with milk and fatness, my soul is satisfied, and with lips of joyful shouts, my mouth will praise You,

6 when I remember You on my bed, through the watches of the night I meditate on You.

7 For You have been a help to me, and in the shadow of Your wings I will shout for joy.

8 My soul clings to You; Your right hand has taken hold of me.

9 And those who seek my soul for desolation, they will go into the depths of the earth.

10 They will fall by the hand of the sword; they will become a portion for foxes.

11 And the king will rejoice in God; everyone swearing by Him will exult, but the mouth of those speaking lies will be stopped up.
