2 The one walking blamelessly, and doing righteousness, and speaking truth in his heart. 3 He does not have slander upon his tongue, and he has not done evil to his neighbor, and a reproach he has not taken up against his neighbor. 4 A rejected one is despised in his eyes, and those fearful of YHWH he honors—one who swears to endure evil, and not changing. 5 His silver he has not given in usury, and he does not take a bribe against the innocent.
