27 Do not refuse to do that which is good, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. 28 When you have something, do not say to your neighbor, Go, and come again tomorrow, and I will give it to you. 29 Do not devise evil against your neighbor, seeing he dwells in peace beside you. 30 Do not contend with a man without a cause, if he has done you no harm. 31 Do not envy a wicked man, and choose none of his ways. 32 For the wicked man is an abomination in the presence of the LORD: but the secret of the LORD is with the upright. 33 The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked; but he blesses the habitation of the righteous. 34 Surely he despises scorners; but he has compassion on the wise. 35 Wise men shall inherit glory; but fools shall receive disgrace.
