1 Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you to me, indeed, is not irksome, while for you it is safe.

2 Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil-workers, beware of the mutilation.

3 For we are the circumcision, who worship by the Spirit of God, and glory in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in flesh:

4 though I might have confidence even in flesh; if any other man supposes that he has occasion for confidence in flesh, I more:

5 circumcised the eighth day, of the race of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; as to the law, a Pharisee;

6 as to zeal, persecuting the assembly: as to the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.
