8 Nineveh is like a pool whose waters escape; “Stop! Stop!” but none turns back. 9 “Plunder the silver, plunder the gold!” There is no end to the treasure, to wealth in every precious thing! 10 Emptiness, desolation, waste; melting hearts and trembling knees, Churning in every stomach, every face turning pale!
