3 who had his dwelling among the tombs: neither was any one able to bind him with chains; 4 because frequently he had been bound with fetters and chains, and the chains were slipped off by him, and the fetters torn to pieces. 5 No one was able to tame him: and all the time, night and day, he was among the tombs in the mountains, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
