3 And when he was at Bethanie, in the house of Simon the leper, euen as he sate at meate, there came a woman hauyng an alabaster boxe of very precious oyntment, called Narde pisrike, and she brake the boxe, and powred it on his head. 4 And there were some, that had indignation within them selues, and sayde: what neded this waste of oyntment? 5 For it myght haue ben solde for more then three hundred pence, and haue ben geuen to the poore.
