Luke 2:27-32 ▼

27 And he came in the Spirit to the temple: and in the parents bringing in the child Jesus, for them to do according to the custom of the law for him,

28 And he took him into his arms, and praised God, and said:

29 Now Lord, thou wilt loose thy servant, according to thy word, in peace:

30 For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,

31 Which thou hast prepared before the face of all peoples:

32 A light for the revelation of the nations, and the glory of thy people Israel.
