15 And Simon Peter and another disciple were following Jesus. Now since that disciple was known to the high priest, he also entered with Jesus into the court of the high priest. 16 But Peter stood at the door outside. Therefore the other disciple, who was known to the high priest, went out and spoke to the doorkeeper and brought in Peter. 17 Therefore the servant girl, the doorkeeper, says to Peter, “Are you not also of the disciples of this man?” He says, “I am not.” 18 Now the servants and the officers were standing, having made a fire of coals, for it was cold and they were warming themselves.
