11 And He remembered the days of old, of Moses and his people: Where is the One who brought them up from the sea with the shepherds of His flock? Where is is the One who set within him His Holy Spirit, 12 the One leading them by the right hand of Moses the arm of His glory, dividing the waters before their face, to make for Himself an everlasting name; 13 the One leading them through the depths like a horse in the wilderness; they did not stumble? 14 As the beast goes down into the valley, the Spirit of YHWH gave them rest—thus You led Your people, to make for Yourself a glorious name. 15 Look down from the heavens and see, from the habitation of Your holiness and Your glory! Where is Your zeal and Your strength, the groaning of Your bowels and Your compassion toward me—are they restrained? 16 For You are our Father, though Abraham does not know us and Israel does not acknowledge us, You, O YHWH, are our Father, Our Redeemer from Everlasting is Your name. 17 Why do You let us stray O YHWH, from Your ways, and harden our hearts from fearing You? Return Your servants for the sake of the tribes of Your inheritance. 18 For a short time Your holy people possessed it; our adversaries have trampled Your sanctuary. 19 From of old we have been You had not ruled over them, those not called by Your name.
