1 And now, listen, Jacob, my servant, and Israel, whom I have chosen. 2 Thus says the Lord, who made and formed you, your Helper from the womb: Do not be afraid, Jacob, my servant and my most righteous, whom I have chosen. 3 For I will pour out waters upon the thirsty ground, and rivers upon the dry land.
