13 I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a sign of a covenant between me and between the earth. 14 And it shall be in my giving a cloud upon the earth, and the bow was seen in the cloud. 15 And I remembered my covenant which is between me and between you, and between every breathing thing living of all flesh; and the waters shall not any more become a flood to destroy all flesh. 16 The bow shall be in the cloud; and seeing it to remember the lasting covenant between God and between every breathing thing living of all flesh which is upon the earth.
