Genesis 37:7-10 ▼

7 and behold, we were binding sheaves in the midst of the field, and behold, my sheaf arose and stood upright. And behold, your? sheaves gathered around and bowed themselves to my sheaf.”

8 And his brothers said to him, “Will you surely reign … over us? Or Will you surely rule … over us?” And they continued hating him even more for his dreams and for his words.

9 And he dreamed yet another dream, and he told it to his brothers and said, “Behold, I have dreamed another dream, and behold, the sun and the moon and one and ten stars were bowing themselves to me.”

10 And he told it to his father and to his brothers. And his father rebuked him and said to him, “What is this dream that you have dreamed? Will we surely come—I and your mother and your brothers—to bow down before you to the earth?”
