38 And this [is] that which you prepare on the altar: two lambs, sons of a year, daily continually; 39 you prepare the first lamb in the morning, and you prepare the second lamb between the evenings; 40 and a tenth part of fine flour mixed with a fourth part of a hin of beaten oil, and a fourth part of a hin of wine [for] a drink-offering, [is] for the first lamb. 41 And you prepare the second lamb between the evenings; according to the present of the morning, and according to its drink-offering, you prepare for it, for refreshing fragrance, a fire-offering to YHWH— Exodus 29:38-41, Literal Standard Version.
