23 If there is a young woman, a virgin, betrothed to a husband, and a man finds her in the city and lies with her, 24 then you? shall bring out the two of them to the gate of that city, and you? shall stone them with stones to death—the young woman on account of the matter, because she did not cry out in the city, and the man upon this thing, because he humbled the wife of his neighbor.
