11 Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will send a famine in the land; not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the word of the LORD; 12 And they shall gather together from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east; they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it. 13 In that day the beautiful virgins and the young men shall faint for thirst. 14 They that swore by the idols of Samaria, saying, As your god lives, O Dan, and, as the cult of Beer-sheba lives, even they shall fall and never rise again.
