11 And, coming to us, and taking Paul's girdle, binding his own feet and hands, he said, "Thus saith the Holy Spirit, so shall the Jews in Jerusalem bind the man who owns this girdle, and shall deliver him up into the hands of the gentiles. 12 And, when we heard these things, both we and those of that place were beseeching him not to go up to Jerusalem. 13 Then Paul answered, "What are ye doing, weeping and crushing my heart? For I am ready, not only to be bound, but to die at Jerusalem, for the name of the Lord Jesus." 14 And, when he would not be persuaded, we were silent, saying, "The will of the Lord be done."
