36 Some time later Paul (humble) said to Barnabas (son of encouragement), “Let us go back and visit the brothers (and sisters) in every town where we proclaimed the word of the Lord {Kyriou}, to see how they are doing. 37 Barnabas (son of encouragement) wanted to take John (YHWH is gracious), also called Mark. 38 But Paul (humble) thought it best not to take him, because he had deserted them in Pamphylia and had not accompanied them in the work. 39 Their disagreement was so sharp that they parted company.
